Protection against bacteria, viruses or other pathogens will no doubt also play a key role over the coming years due to the experiences brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic. The Czech manufacturer, SDI, has realised the signs of the times and developed an antibacterial writing set comprising of an A5 notebook and a ballpoint pen. Both the notebook and the ballpoint are equipped with the silver ion technology, which eliminates 99.9% of bacteria on the surface.
The plastic ballpoint pen is fitted with a patented mechanism that is operated by a sliding clip. Furthermore, the hard cover notebook impresses with lined, FSC-certified paper and a colour-coordinated elastic fastener, a pen loop and a book mark ribbon.
The pen and notebook come in matching colours and have a similar, matt soft-touch surface. The set is available in a wide range of (PMS) shades and offers manifold customising options on the book and writing instrument. Logos or advertising messages can be applied as a UV print, embossing or pad print. “A remarkable combination,” was the verdict of the jury members, who honoured the set with a Promotional Gift Award in the category Give-aways.
