werbemax Oktoberfest dahoam 300dpi - Beer festival feeling to-goMany personal get-togethers weren’t able to take place in 2020 due to the pandemic. So that their customers didn’t have to make do without the Munich Beer Festival completely, without further ado the interior decorating experts from Baierl + Demmelhuber invited them to the Oktoberfest at home. Together with the promotional products agency, werbemax, a lovingly designed gift box was created and sent to the homes of the customers. The idea was distinguished with a Best Practice award thanks to its special concept.

The individually designed dispatch box already incited the curiosity of the recipients on arrival. A special folding technique with a tear-off perforation then presented the elaborate token of appreciation at a glance: Two handmade beer tankards, two bottles of Hacker-Pschorr Oktoberfest Märzen – the beer from the festival tent in which the company usually celebrates – and the home party was ready to rock. The Beer Festival table decorations in a box were rounded off by a “snack serviette” with an individual woven motif – a vintage tea towel made using traditional Austrian handicraft skills – and a greeting card in beer mat design with a standard text that offered plenty of space for individual greetings.

The Oktoberfest at home strengthens the bond to the promoting company and conveys to the recipient a corona-compatible, sociable Beer Festival atmosphere, until one can hear the familiar phrase in Munich again: “O’zapft is!”
