Bartenbach Kultur IMG 7802 - Package concertTogether with the Heidelberg Public Utilities and local orchestra, Bartenbach radiated a musical spirit in the category Best Practice. Since the Heidelberg Orchestra has been affected by the Corona restrictions for some time already and is not able to stage any normal concerts, music lovers and season ticket holders have been suffering from cultural withdrawal symptoms. An image-enhancing event was organised for both the customers of the Heidelberg Public Utilities and orchestra subscribers, which aimed to entertain people and show the caring attitude of the public utility companies – also in terms of providing cultural offerings. To this end, individual packages containing a fold-out panorama stage, a bottle of prosecco and an acoustic gadget for the mobile phone were dispatched as a surprise gift to the afore-mentioned customers and subscribers. This enabled them to enjoy the concert of the orchestra at home per livestream and experience a very special evening.

The entire package was specifically developed to suit the individual customers. The fold-out panorama stage was imprinted with a motif of Heidelberg Castle, assembly instructions and information on how to start the livestream. The prosecco featured a personalised label and the acoustic amplifier was decorated with an engraving.

“In the scope of the event, the mailing unites the digital world with the analogue world in an intelligent way,” was the verdict of the jury of the Promotional Gift Award 2021. The package transformed an anonymous livestream into an emotional cultural event, which everyone will remember for a long time to come.
