Profipresent impressed the jury with a well-thought out overall concept for the 2019 Bundesgartenschau (a national horticulture show) in Heilbronn and picked up an award in the category Merchandising. The agency was responsible for the entire project from the idea, to the development and production, through to the warehousing, replenishment control and the sales – both in retail outlets or via the especially created webshop.
Not only a wide choice of price ranges was taken into account on selecting the products, but also great value was placed on sustainability and practical usage. In this way, sun creams, picnic blankets or sun hats were put to immediate use on-site. Classic items such as coffee cups, textiles made of organic cotton, serviettes and magnets were also included. There were mini balls for children and own-developed colouring books with motifs of the event. The highlights of the collection comprised of specially designed watches and bracelets.
The CI of the Bundesgartenschau was perfectly reflected by the whole collection, the amiable character Karl was found on many of the products too: He decorated postcards, breakfast boards and bookmarks and was also available as a magnet and a pin. On top of that, Karl was produced in mini format as a key fob and 3D figure.
