The UN campaign “Global Goals” is designed to attract attention to the 17 objectives of the 2030 agenda. Penguin Random House developed Stick this Book for the campaign, which according to the manufacturer’s accounts is the first Post-it® book worldwide – and is published by Richard Curtis, co-founder of Comic Relief and the Red Nose Day, supported among others by Ed Sheeran and Leonardo DiCaprio. The contents of the product that was developed by Michael Schiffer Promotion GmbH and which received a distinction in the category Best Practice: Global goals, such as for instance fighting poverty and hunger, the climate change and women’s rights. The aim is to particularly raise the awareness of younger people for such themes. Stick this book calls upon teenagers and young adults to tear the messages out of the block, stick them on walls and take selfies, share these or post them under the hashtag #globalgoals or #stickthisbook.
Stick this book is produced in a climate-neutral way using PEFC-certified paper. The CO2 emissions are compensated for following the gold standard method. The customising options range from various printing methods, CI colours and individual top sheets through to diverse formats, shapes and materials.
